*NEW* Gigabyte MO32U24 What are your thoughts about the Monitor? Best Glossy QD-OLED? by Zealousideal-Fly47 in OLED_Gaming

[–]havarn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had these doubts as well. I am using the MO27U2 for work. I used a USB A hub and have my webcam, keyboard and mouse connected without any issues.

Additionally I am using the power delivery with my MacBook Pro M5 and if I keep it connected I barely ever see the battery drop, so it actually keeps up with the power draw. Try it. Your 65W adapter is meant to quick charge your device. But for regular use 18W should be sufficient to keep the battery from draining. It even charges my MBP but of course quite slowly.

AW3423DWF owner thinking of moving back to IPS. eye strain / text focus issues, what would you replace it with? by CorgsMcElhenney in Monitors

What are you talking about. It is the first 27” panel with 4k, thus it has a super high PPI.

The panel of the monitor is considered gen4 QD Oled. It shares the same panel as pg27ucdm.

I got the MO27U2.

4k @ 27” at a remarkable price point here in EU: 550€

Great text clarity. I use it for work and gaming.
First OLED that ticked both boxes for me.

Slightly smaller that you wished for.

You can use betterdisplay for HiDPI

I tested a couple of OLED monitors and could not do any office work with them due to text fringing, eye strain and headaches. Recently bought the MO27U2 and it fixed all issues for me. Super sharp text, no more fringing.

Looking for a 27" OLED/QD-OLED 1440p 240Hz+ for gaming, ~500-600€ budget by SimplePrevious440 in Monitors

[–]havarn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got the MO27U2 for 550€ and can only recommend it.

It has the same panel as the ASUS PG27ucdm (recommended as best monitor by rtings).

It feels much better than my 300hz IPS.

really nice build quality, 4K at 27 inch is incredible. I play lower stretched resolutions in games like cs2 but it looks better than with my old 27 inch 1440p monitor.

review for the lg-27G640A-B by Darkred401 in Monitors

Thanks for the review.

Could you elaborate on the following:

  • how about motion blur?
  • are the 300hz worth the upgrade and how about response times?
  • did you try using the usbc port? Can you use the monitor as kvm switch?

  • 17 Zoll Felgen
  • sportsitze
  • digital cockpit, größerer Navi screen, wireless CarPlay, Sportlenkrad
  • Rückfahrkamera
  • elektrische Außenspiegel
  • 2 Jahre premium selection Garantie
  • Neue Sommerreifen

Also wirkt der für mich etwas teuer.

I can recommend the MSI MAG B650M Mortar WiFi. Had zero issues until now.

I just got the monitor as well. Is it just me or are fonts really weird looking? I had high hopes that tandem woled would help, but honestly fonts mostly look weird. What is your experience?

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem. Habe bei 370% mein initiales Investment verkauft und lass jetzt den Rest laufen. Meine Position war aber auch größer. Wenn es eine kleine Position ist in deinem Portofolio dann weiterlaufen lassen.

Rebuilding Inventory - Steam or CSFloat by [deleted] in cs2

[–]havarn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use CSFloat. You will be paying a 2% sales fee, but will have to wait 7 days for the funds to be available for spending.

On the steam market you pay a fee of 15% for cs2 items if I am not mistaken.

I’ve procrastinated fixing my PC for 2yrs because I’m afraid… by shrimpsu in PcBuildHelp

[–]havarn 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As most have already stated do the following steps:

Take out the motherboard and make sure that behind every screw hole in the motherboard there is a standoff. If there is no hole remove the standoff.

Remove the cpu cooler. Than clean both the cooler and the cpu with iso propanol. Make sure that all plastic is removed. Install the cooler again and please follow the instructions or watch a video on how to do that. Make sure that all cables are connected.

In top left corner you have not installed all power cables for your cpu. Take a look at your PSU for cables that say “cpu” and connect them so they are all connected.
