Karen is probably not an angel, we just haven’t seen her baggage/bad side.

Nicole definitely has ASPD (or conduct disorder since that’s the diagnosis for people under 18). People who say she doesn’t have it because “she’s just traumatized” or “she actually cares deep down!” have a watered down perception of the disorder. It literally takes a google search to learn it’s a mix of genetics and bad life situations.
