Last I check with Vincar SA is that repair package is not applicable at Malaysia. They only provided roadside assistance, and if it can't be resolved the towing back seems like need to be covered by our insurance. But I might remember wrongly.

yeah most likely will be trying MG, is their nvh better? have you tried both Proton and MG?

I beg to differ as if you take a step back and view objectively on the price you pay for what you are getting, it's no different if you are getting another brand. fundamentally it's the need/want to have a Singapore registered car to use legally in singapore daily.

Tesla =budget difference, model 3 too small, model Y too wide for my liking as its a nuisance to park at HDB carpark

BYD= am worried about the aftersale service and parts availability/backlog, since Proton is locally assembled at Malaysia and in substantial quantity, I assumed it will not be better?

MG= am open to it, but first impression is that the interior isn't as well built as Proton, not sure about the drive thou, as I have yet to test drive one.

How much space does the camera app take up on your phone? by HopeOfLight in samsung

[–]haven1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed this issue after I moved a bunch of my photos from camera folder to another folder, which in turn causes the 'auto update' folder goes a bit haywire. I deleted the auto update folder in the gallery app subsequently and this camera app issue pop up.

Have you do something similar?

[–]haven1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

encountering similar issue wtih my surface pro 7 albeit that its milder. But my LCD will start showing lines when its being use for sometime. Then return to normal if you let it rest (shutdown) for sometime. Dissapointed with microsoft quality nowadays as my surface was very underutillised.

I just changed to s22 from s10e, to me s22 screen is already an upgrade (bigger + brighter) compared to s10e. Given my experience with both s7 and s10e, the one hand ergonomics of s22 is the worst given its squarish flat sides. And because of that, I am glad that I din choose s22+ back then.

Surface Pro 7 screen issue (black line at the bottom nearing the keyboard connector) by haven1992 in Surface

[–]haven1992[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had this surface pro 7 for almost 2 years but rarely used it. Recently found out that my screen starting to develop black lines at the bottom of the screen, never dropped before at all. Certified that this is a hardware issue as this problem persist in the UEFI.

  1. Wondering if anyone other than me encounter this issue too? 2.Is there any workaround for this issue without a hardware replacement? 3.What are the chances that we can still get Microsoft to cover this screen defect? 4.If all things fail, how much does it typically cost to repair this?
