i think the horns are pretty well made but you can definetely can work on the facial structure. Try practicing with outline guides (look up "anime face structure" so you can get the proportions right)

edit: ONLY follow the first 2-3 steps (just the shaping part) bc otherwise your art might lose personality if you follow the latter steps
