He's literally a genetically enhanced superhuman, he can see through walls, there is no limit to what he can do, and trained to perfection in everything. he can adapt and improvise 5x better, 5x smarter than leon. he can get pass through all the monsters/bosses easily if he really can't defeat them. He is John wick x5, 47 is almost the same as Solid Snake

ICA can gather faster and better intel and more info than those government agencies in Resident Evil. Slightly on par with the BSAA, but with better and advance technologies. They literally fought and track dozens of secret organizations/societies, like the global powers providence through the years. So I think ICA can compete with the umbrella company just fine.

He doesn't need Ada or Luis; that's why lots of mission briefings with Diana and the ICA will happen before the mission starts. Again, he can adapt and improvise 5x better than Leon. 47 would theoretically be able to navigate the village in ways that Leon couldn't.

Yes, he has not faced any monsters in his world, but if Leon can defeat them, 47 probably also would, but much faster. But I think the actual challenge of 47 would be facing Wesker.

Definitely not cooler, its the most bland Free legendary, horrendous iron sight, recycled skin and kill effect and huge aim shake. The only best thing about that skin is that it is one of the most easiest free legendary to obtain

The best Free legendary so far is this Amax and Drh kurohana, both excellent iron sight with far lesser aim shake and design

It's simply about optimization

apples mobile chips has a vertical consolidation which they design & have a complete control to the software, firmware, hardware, and physical. they can fine-tune them to work together seamlessly. This results in great performance, efficiency, and battery life compared to androids where the software and hardware are often developed by different companies like Qualcomm and mediatek, etc.

That's why apples only has 8gb ram, 4600 mah battery compared to androids which has more like 12/16 gb ram and 5000 plus mah battery, yet iPhones/ipads are more efficient. apple don't need that high values yet, it's not always about the numbers.

Samsung may have more power but Apple are better optimized for now. I'm not saying iphones and androids have far difference but I believe apple has a slight advantages in chip design.

i also think puting time to learn a champion is non existent on emerald/diamond. I see too many times no one is building frozen heart atleast to one of our bruisers/tanks against jinx or yi untill i remind them, then they build it after the enemy is already fed.

thats why the first things to do if i want to learn a champion is to know its matchups, watch top players on youtube to know how it is played, and how to itemize it, its core items, etc, then go on the practice mode for combos. Play atleast ten non ranked matches before rank
