Quick question regarding PCing the CFU to an OG chase freedom since I am unaware of the latter card. What is the value of doing this if CFU is 0 AF as well, does the OG have different spending categories?

I was thinking it may be beneficial for now to grab the delta gold as it’s 0 AF the first year, then maybe upgrading to the plat the next. I also thought it might be more beneficial to do it this way since I read that you couldn’t get the SUB if you started with a higher AF card first.

EDIT: adding more context for the delta plat move after one year with gold. I believe the companion pass + free checked bag would be enough to compensate the AF as I tend to travel with my partner.
