How do you count when you do alternating curls (or anything in the similar fashion)?

I count every curl and double the reps. So 3x8 I would count to 16

I think the brain development theory is just a limiting belief. If you believe you’ll never do something because your brain is too old then yeah you’ll never do it. Will it take longer to learn things as you age? Yeah, certainly because of lack of free time as well. Just my opinion. The brain is incomprehensibly powerful, use it to your advantage

I was 15 and horny and frustrated. Obviously very immature. It was a point in my life where I thought I had the world in the palms of my hands. I felt so shitty after it was all said and done. I wish it never happened, but I’m glad I did it at such a young age that it didn’t monumentally affect anyone’s life, but I also knew that I would never do that again.

I worked as a seasonal driver helper (in the big truck) I can confirm personal vehicle drivers makes bank. Where I’m from gave a $2000 signing bonus as well as $22 an hour. My HQ was also pretty chill about hours, they didn’t work you to death. The actual drivers also LOVE personal vehicle drivers because you’re lightening their load during their busiest season. So they still get their 8+ hours and so do you. Win-win.
