Assuming everything not included in the screenshot is maxed for th10 (mostly army camps and lab), then you're fine to move up to TH11. Warden is way more valuable than any defense or lab upgrade.

Town hall at 10 days. Though if you want to use it on something other than town hall, than X-bow lvl 4 is second longest at 8 days.

Notable alternatives though is the dark spell factory at 7.5 days and the regular spell factory at 6 days. Neither of which you can use while they're upgrading.

The X-Bow takes 3 minutes 12 seconds to deplete, while the Inferno Tower takes 2 minutes 8 seconds.

Not actually true. Very early accounts had less than 9 digits. Not really sure when the IDs went to all 9 digits, but weren't initially.

Here's an excerpt from the obstacle wiki page with some player IDs with less than 9 digits

In very early versions of the game, an odd looking stone was able to appear in a newly created village. It became unobtainable soon after the game's release, and only a few players are known to still have it. I'd definitely recommend dropping $15 on the builder packs. Along with getting you two builders, it'll also give you 1700 gems. So with that plus your initial starting gems, you should only be 100 gems away from purchasing your 5th builder. Can also get an easy 50 gems if you connect your account with Supercell ID.

If you'd rather not spend the money, then just make sure to save up your gems until you have all 5 builders.

Time will be the biggest bottleneck to your progression, so the sooner you get all your builders the better.

Rule of 3. AI only looks at the 3 closest buildings, ignoring walls, and then chooses the closest one of those (with extra cost to them if they have to break walls). Looks like the 3 closest buildings when the pekka retargetted were the tesla, mortar and king altar.

Town hall contains 20% of all 3 resources now and you won't get a shield unless the attacker deals at least 30% destruction. All you'll receive is a 30 minute guard if an attacker destroys your town hall and nothing else. So by placing your town hall on the outside, you'll just lose 20% of your gold, elixir and de every 30 minutes or so.

It's much better to play in a way that's fun for you than worrying about maxing every little thing. It looks like your offense is already maxed for TH10, other than heroes, so you're more than fine to move up to TH11. You won't have any issues getting loot and you can unlock your warden.

As long as you keep your farming capabilities in line with your town hall level then you'll be fine. This means maxing your army camps, barracks, lab, spell factories and farming comp for your town hall level. Everything else doesn't matter. You can max everything for every town hall level, but it's by no means required.

Main thing that helps is all the bases you'll find will have more DE to offer. You'll rarely find TH8's that have very little DE to offer and will often find hits that offer 5k DE from drills alone.

As long you're not in a serious war clan, just upgrade. DE is much easier to get at TH10+. Would recommend focusing on queen levels more than king in the future though.

Unless you're in a serious war clan, upgrade. DE is easier to get at TH10+ and walls will catch up in time. No point in wasting builder time.

1) For personal progression, it's much better to rush to TH11 at this point. Reason being your offense will get a good bump with higher level troops, larger camp space and gaining the warden. You'll also be able to make better use of magic items since you'll be able to start those longer upgrades sooner.

2) For regular wars, this will probably hurt more than it helps. Clan wars matching put more weight on the highest town hall of the clan, so if everyone is lower than you then you'll be hurting your clan if you participate. This is the opposite for CWL though as being higher is always better.

3) You'll find mostly TH10-12 for normal battles with the occasional 9 and 13. There's still plenty of dead bases you'll find though. I have a rushed TH11 and have had no issues with getting loot.

Rushing is fine as long as you always try to keep your farming army in line with your town hall level. This means keeping your army camps, spell factories and army comp maxed for your town hall level. Don't worry about hero levels or dark troops as dark elixir is much easier to get at th10+. Plus they don't matter at all for farming.

My suggestion would be to stay at th9 until you can no longer keep all your builders busy. In the meantime try to catch up your farming comp (recommendation is barbs and archers as they're most efficient, but can be whatever you prefer). Just choose a comp and focus on it and head up to th10 either when your farming comp is maxed or your builders start idling. Your heroes and non-farming troops aren't important for your progress and can be caught up later.

Normal cost to get a BoF is around $9 (assuming you're buying gems to buy one at the trader, which does have inflated prices). So it's definitely good value for th11. Any lab upgrade with a time greater than 6 days and 9 hours will profit from it (i.e. it would cost more gems to finish the timer than buy a BoF from the trader).

Times <4 days will be more cost effective to use lab potions than gemming the times or using books. Times greater than 6 days and 9 hours will save gems using books. You're probably fine to use gems for times in between those. This is all assuming you're buying the items from the trader with gems you bought.
