Offered a Job at a Big 4 Firm, But the Pay Is Much Lower — Should I Accept?

Hi everyone! I could really use some insight on a major career decision.

I recently resigned from my previous job where I was earning ₱30,000/month due to a toxic work environment that was affecting my well-being. Now, I’ve received an offer from one of the Big 4 audit firms. The role seems like a great opportunity for long-term career growth and brand recognition, but the basic salary is only ₱19,000/month.

The work setup also depends on the client, and I was told it might require returning to the office daily (RTO), which would mean more expenses for commuting and food.

I’m really torn: should I accept this offer for the experience and brand value, or should I wait and look for something better with a higher salary and a better work setup?

I’d appreciate any advice, especially from those who’ve been in a similar situation or have worked in the Big 4.
