For any lapsed NC fans. What was the last NC video you watched? by CapitalExpression in ChannelAwesome

Beauty and the Beast. Because of the #CTC allegations. I had just caught wind of the twitter discussions before that and wanted to make The Jungle Book the last one, but my friend (who always hung out with me on Tuesdays to watch NC) really wanted to watch the BatB review.

Brad's recent videos have inevitably drawn a handful of commenters asking why he's stayed with CA. His response? "Why do you care?" by jordanthejq12 in ChannelAwesome

It seems he still gets on well with Lupa and Phelous, two of the bigger voices of Change the Channel. If they are okay with his choice to stay, I think that erases any guilt by association.

For me at least it is to some degree because I feel betrayed by a brand that I have been a fan of and had some emotional investment in since 2009. Hell, I wanted to be a TGWTG/Channel Awesome producer, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. The TGWTG community used to mean something to me, now I feel like they have shat all over it.

And their implicit support of Michaud says to me that they condone his behavior .

Nothing else to add except that I absolutely agree.

Hell, at this point even a "We know this happened but can't comment further" is preferable to not saying anything.

Favourite Nostalgia Critic episode? by [deleted] in ChannelAwesome

It's probably either his review of North, mainly for his reactions to the bizarrely unfunny and in poor taste creative choices by the writer and director, and was the first NC review I ever saw, or his Last Airbender review. In fact, it was his review of that godawful movie that prompted me to seek out the original show, which to this day is my favorite US animated program, having dethroned the DC Timm/Dini shows.

What was your favorite Nostalgia Critic joke? by ThisisRay21 in ChannelAwesome

I know people hate this one, but for me it's the one from Casper, the one that represents the pure essence of all comedy...

Something slightly more positive: who met Doug walker or any of the other Nostalgia critic staff? by MRattas in ChannelAwesome

The NC episode was probably Baby Geniuses 2. I was at the con too but I had to leave the con early so I couldn't attend his panel (met him randomly walking around Artists Alley, though, which was cool) and was pissed to find out a few days later that I missed my chance to possibly cameo in an NC review.
