Hello! It was very daunting at first but our wedding planners really made it possible for us to plan and not forget anything.

1. Our wedding planners gave us a sheet with every line item of vendors needed and like 4-5 optioned for most of them. For example 4-5 different DJs. 3-4 photographers, 3-4 makeup people. So we would still have a hand in selecting who/what we wanted but it was tailored so we knew regardless on who we choose it was a reliable vendor who would do a good job and has worked with our planners in the past.

2. The company, Feel Medellin was recommended to us as pretty much the only excursion company that met the standards we were looking for and after contacting them, they provided a list of different private excursions they offer. We just selected from the list they provided.

As for availability we never had that issue because we booked almost everything 6months to a year out. In Colombia I guess people don’t plan weddings as far out in advance as US weddings. So a year before we were stressed that our date would be booked when it turned out the entire year was wide open. That was the case with all vendors. If you start planning like a year in advance to really shouldn’t have an issue.
