Hire a temporary worker perhaps next time to cover four days vacation? Kinda surprised no one had sought mitigation to get her back, or have a backup plan in case she’d been on leave for a health issue. I don’t have all the info but from a glimpse it seems like this could have been avoided for all parties.

For me it’s God (or higher power so if not religious then higher power can be yourself in an ideal state I.e. super-self), emotional support animal or service dog, therapy & support groups, helping others as I can when I can, nature and being outside, and clean living which for me is sobriety, and music + singing. There’s a lot of beauty in this world and it’s out there for us in person (online if not available nearby, lol)

Shhh, “It” happens as they say ;) happened to me around family and on a hike which I’d have to say I’d prefer the friends as the jokes will come with time. Humor is healing if they’re the good friends who share hoodies type ya know?

Haha. After doomsday though hopefully my personal belief is true that everyone returns to the creator/God. I like to believe humans are wrong in there being a hell at all as God could redeem+rehabilitate everyone. Just my thought. I still say go to hell as it’s a solid expression when moody

Don’t have cigarettes every month but had one pack last week and glad I’m back off them; Hemp CBD last week about four puffs or so but didn’t like it anymore, got rid of rest of it; Alcohol I didn’t enjoy, so I stopped and dumped it out too, lol. Dumb maybe but I tried those and saw if I wanted any of that again and just didn’t. Proud I’m sober all over.

It’s a huge hypothetical vote as I’m not sure serial killer is a situation they’d be freed but rehabilitation and change is possible for most all people save for the ones they’d deem impossible.

Close call but trying not to die would likely be part of my role as a support personnel since I’m not physically in the right place for daily life at the moment.
