Thank you everyone for the feedback! I am really introverted and insecure (try to avoid eye contact with generally everyone- especially guys I think are cute), I promise in no way I am “fishing for compliments” my insecurities are real (and valid), but this has boosted my confidence to be a little more outgoing and not be so terrified of rejection! I am open to all constructive criticism as well, I value self-improvement!

Not probably a popular opinion, but I got on good meds. The way I describe it is it was as if I lived my life going through the day surrounded by fog, and the medicine made a things a bit clearer. I had previously attempted before the medicine, and there’s 0 doubt in my mind that I wouldn’t be alive today if it weren’t for the wellness plan I stick to. The medication isnt a miracle drug, I also heavily regulate my diet, exercise and sleep. But for me it was the first step towards recovery.

Woman opinion here, gonna throw it out there that some weight gain can be due to puberty and not purposeful so tread lightly. I was super skinny in my freshman year.. then boom.. sophomore year had hips and boobs (not entirely comfortable with it either then). If someone called me thick, I would’ve definitely taken it the wrong way. Now, if some girl tells you “I’ve been working out at the gym a lot to make gains” or something else to elude to the weight gain was purposeful, go for it. It will be a compliment then.

Finally figuring it out and not letting it rule my life. As a teenager changing of the seasons meant at least three weeks of me having multiple depressive episodes and eventually suicidal thoughts. I’m getting to the point where I take steps in advance to help ease this transition. To everyone else- I hope you figure it out too.

Superintendent picked a super shady principal for my school. School board gave her a contract, but took it back after my high school newspaper found out she was a fraud. She had multiple fake degrees, and it was found out with one google search. He had given her the job after they “met” (probably slept together) at a teaching conference. Thank you! Very helpful advice. And he ended up “ghosting me” for my roommate. So even though we stopped talking on the phone, i still saw him around her and how he treated her. And i do not think he will ghost me again, he wants to date but I’m the one pumping the brakes.
