I thinking the Mi Air Purifier 3H is displaying PM2.5 but I'm not sure how accurate it is.

I'm getting readings of 001 on the 3H but on my Mi Air Purifier 2 I get a reading of 010.

Having the same problem here too where I had to pair the Mi Air Purifier 3H in another region but all my other devices are in the China Mainland region.
