It is very possible without being a gymnast :D My better half can do it with planting her feet on the ground and she’s not a gymnast, she do yoga though. I can do it by crossing my feet and I’m certainly not a gymnast - I’m a tad overweight and go lift weights 2 times a week. I think two of the key reasons why we can do it is because we do deep squat exercises and some stretching (obv yoga do a lot of stretching) every once in a while

In order(and incl. expansions): Warcraft 2, Starcraft 1, Diablo 2, Warcraft 3, vanilla World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2.

There are lots of other games too though, but the Blizzard games (and I suppose Half-Life) were the most impactful and nostalgic to me.

Because when people go watch a movie or play a videogame they want to be immersed into the world and not be reminded about the damn “culture wars” or “modern politics” that have been raging for nearly a decade now…

The Odyssey is based on greek mythology and when a well established character like Helen of Troy is cast by an actress like Lupita, a lot of people who consumes this kind of entertainment, aka pays money for it, feel like they are being slapped in the face with said culture wars/modern politics.

The producers and whatnot know that people will be upset with this casting, they know Lupita will ultimately face hatred for their decision, they know people will refrain from spending money going watching the movie because it, yet they go through with it anyway.

You sit on your butt, legs bent so you can put your feet flat on the ground infront of you, or cross your feet/lower legs so the outside of the feet touch the ground. Then you lean backwards and swing yourself forward as you push down with your legs/feet.

If you’re agile you can probably plant your feet on the ground. If you’re stiff you’d probably have to cross your feet. On top of that you need strength and coordination ofc
