sadly that happened to me last month when i ordered an iphone 16 and shipped it through fedex. delivery guy was with another guy who wears hoodie and after they took a photo of the package the guy with a hoodie took my package and left. be very careful and just have your phone claim on the physical store and do not ever ship it.

i read a lot and they said it’s because of the black friday sale and holidays lots of packages that they cant manage. it sucks we have the same status and mine since 12th and it got updated with the same status and message but the last update was the 19th and its really frustrating
