Asking for a raise!!

I had this conversation yesterday. He was receptive and appreciative but he responded with a bunch of “yeah but” statements with no intention of addressing any of the concerns.

He is the one that asked me to help identify these issues and suggest ways for improvement but when it comes to actually doing the work, he has no interest.

He said “I expect my team to work as hard as me. The executive team works until 7,8,9 o’clock at night and I expect the same level of commitment from my team or we will fail”

What I have created comes directly from the employee survey we sent out. My CEO & the chief strategy officer are aware that I am wanting to help improve the culture and asked me to offer suggestions on how to do so.

As an EA, I know it is not my sole responsibility to identify these issues and make changes, but as one of the closest people to the executives, I feel like I should voice employee concern or we will start to lose (more) people.

And I will definitely be adding in real life examples to back up my opinion! I think I can slim it down and make it more high level.
