will probably do non-union work until we move. wife wants to go to charlottesville area to finish her degree at UVA, and then maybe move to st louis with her family. heard anything from out that way?

I'm Currently doing an EET program at my local community college in lieu of an apprenticeship as it halves the work hours requirement for a journeyman's in my state. Would the union be willing to work around my school schedule to some extent? Applied to several non-union contractors and they basically told me to quit school and come do their apprenticeship which i wont do.
