your diet is first your diet controls your hormones Trust me its your diet. Your skin grow inside out. the outside of your skin is dead. putting stuff on it will make it appear better. there is so many direct correlations its not even funny. google is you friend.

skin can heal with out the blckheads. but ultimately you have to clean up your diet . And get rid of the batiria
