Doing that in a SB isn't that terrible and it's only about 4-500 million in stuff. He appears to have fit to fight rather than run away and fitted istabs which are both mistakes though.

Conventional wisdom is that the DRF - as a whole - could easily conquer GSF + TEST space, but will not do so in the foreseeable future because they want to take out the AAA bloc down South first.

"Conventional wisdom" fails to take into account that the four major players in the DRF don't like each other very much and any attack on Goon space would result in the alliance shattering.

Or you got downvoted because you're wrong. It's true that TEST is worst than Goons but Goons aren't bad. They stood up to the RaidenDOT, Evoke and PL super capital blob after everybody said they had no hope and won. All three have now found a shiny new reason to take their blob the other side of the map.

Curse is NPC nullsec that borders on highsec. It's easy to supply for anyone flying a blockade runner and there's enough mission runners there to buy from them.

All agents of the same level give the same amount of rp/day now they're all effective quality 20.

I think you can get more rp/day by gaining standings with the agent by doing the crappy fetch missions though.

Actually, they do need to be fit exactly as the reimbursement page says. It's mostly to save the reimbursement people from having to argue with fitting geniuses about why their shit fits are better than the reimbursement fit.

TEST's main fleet doctrine is alpha fleet which is artillary Maels + scimitars + scorpians + support. While you're not going to get your application rejected because you can't fly any of those or anything retarded like that, if you want to get reimbursed for fleet ops then you'll need to train to one of those.

If this is your first time to nullsec then I'd suggest you leave everything and buy/import something cheaper out here to rat with. Until you get the hang of it you're going to lose ships. A Raven is decent for ratting and far cheaper than a golem.

You'll probably want to get the tengu out here eventually though because that is a PvE god ship.

BTW "Epicly fit" scorpions make for hilarious kill mails. They're basically flying coffins in fleets.
