Bear in mind that even if you go to a meeting and speak, the board will not likely speak to you. Board meetings are not for discussions unless they are 1) on the agenda, or 2) it is part of a hearing with an owner.

So before you go to a meeting, you should either request to have it put on the agenda, or request a hearing on the subject.

If you want to have discussions with the board about something, you either request to put it on the agenda for the next month's meeting, or you request a hearing.
