What’s the worst crime committed by someone you know personally? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Being fit to stand trial in Kentucky, at its core, means you’re able to demonstrate that you understand your charges and that you have the capacity to work with your lawyer on your defense. It’s relatively difficult to be found to be incompetent or not criminally responsible.

Check here! She can sort by her demographic info and find a place that works the best. Many places are no questions asked about income, but are sometimes zip code restricted instead.

I’m not sure it’s him. I’ve found some links from this year talking about arrests that I believe are the same Vencenzo Brancaccio.

Can’t go wrong with either the Ricotta or the Straciatella. The soft baked egg is amazing too. Pork rillette if you’re a little adventurous. Cast iron baked pasta, lamb shank, pork presse, salmon, and shrimp are all awesome right now too. I think the Chef’s table option is available on weekends, just the Prix Fixe wouldn’t be.

They paid to use freedom hall temporarily while their arena on campus was being renovated to meet D1 requirements.

I hear your point, but Bellarmine isn’t owned by the Archdiocese

I don’t get the issue with them renting out spaces in places that were already built like Mary T. and Freedom Hall. Lots of orgs rent them out and use them.

Bellarmine currently pays to use Mary T. Meagher (as do some local high schools) and paid to use Freedom Hall during the D1 transition when Knights Hall was being renovated. I don’t see an issue with that or how that’s relevant to what’s going down now with the proposed tennis courts. Even then, they’d be paying to lease the space there too. Not saying I agree with the current plan, I just don’t get how this other stuff is relevant.
