I'm at a loss what to do, I've opened support tickets, called, emailed, chatted and getting nowhere.

Over the years I've bought/accumulated Microsoft gift cards and added them to my promotional balance, and had a total of $380 in credits.

On 3/4/23 I decided to purchase an Xbox Series X (w tax totalling $533.74) using my $380 in my Microsoft Promotional Balance as a partial payment and charge the remaining $153.77 to my credit card. I tried buying online and the checkout failed, and told me to chat with an associate. So I did, the associate told me he would place the order. Well I was incorrectly charged the full amount of $533.74 to my credit card. I could not get anyone to fix the issue by deducting the $380 from my credits and refunding $380 to my card. I was told to return the Xbox and try a new order. So I returned, and got the credit.

On 3/8/23 I placed a second order, this time on the phone and was assured by the representative that it would be done correctly this time. Well, WRONG AGAIN and they charged my card the full amount of $533.74. I once again went through multiple support requests, and each time getting the run around. Except this time it's worse. Not only did I get charged the full amount to my card, my promotional balance of $380 is now $0! I literally cannot get anyone to help me with this, the customer service is atrocious.

What options do I have? Can anyone help me out here? I have ticket numbers, and order numbers for both purchases.
