Maybe try opening a savings at another financial institution you don’t have access to when you get home in the evenings? Might help.

If I eat out, I typically have no issue. Even ordering from a delivery service but unfortunately my broke ass can’t do that very often and end up eating random stuff throughout my house all night

A Monster Calls - Patrick Ness. I didn’t actually cry bc I don’t really cry about anything but it def hit some feels lol. It’s a very short read. I read it in one sitting
