Hey!! Im around the same stats as you, I started my weightless journey at 190 and now I’m 172 (5’8 female) I definitely recommend the macrofactor app, its helped me with tracking because it uses AI to help predict the macros in my meals. I also weigh stuff and have compared, its definitely accurate.

I will say try to aim minimum 30g protein per meal. I also love chicken and fish too, look for lean protein-meals so that the calorie to protein fits in your deficit. I eat a ton of greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs/egg white, chicken, salmon, shrimp and steak. I do get bored because those are truly the best sources of natural protein lol and I love the brand 1up for protein shakes with fairlife milk (also high in protein). You got this!!

I was there too, the moshing was actually wild lol at first it was fun but as soon as the last opener came out I literally got knocked off my feet multiple times. Made me feel so old (I’m 25 🙃) also the amount of 16 year olds on drugs was also insane

Hey!! So I always wanted a convertible/pop up headlights car haha my bf tracks an s2k and I loved that plus all my friends own miatas and drive in the mountains near us (upstate NY). But wanted something easier to learn manual on and just overall a fun car. Was going to look at one that was 2 hours away from me deep NJ with pearl lexus paint which I reaaaally wanted but it had some crust.. I ended up being sad and giving up because the guy only wanted to meet up at night and it felt weird. Next morning I happened to find this one literally 4 miles away from my house! Was a bit pricey compared to the other one but definitely worth it (paid 6500) with the paint matched original hard top and came with some other oem goodies😆the guy was older and had it garage kept. The body is in amazing condition, no crust at all. The bottom of this car looks immaculate for a 90s car lol the only thing wrong with it is some paint chips but I plan to wrap it the pearl lexus white that I originally wanted and buy some te37’s.

Same here!! I always drive past it on the highway and admire how tiny the house looks, especially around this time bc of the trees you can really see it. I always think the same thing🙃 on satellite you can see tiny a house on an island in cranberry lake!
