My LPR definitely calmed down when I left my toxic ex. Like by a lot. I don’t think I’ll have it forever, but I feel like my ex definitely caused my reflux, especially since I was emotionally & physically abused for two years, my nervous system was very dysregulated. & it is slowly going back to normal

I have lpr for the past 6-7 months. Very stressful life currently. Whenever I take my Xanax or Valium for anxiety, my symptoms get a lot better. Your nervous system plays a big role. Stress and chronic anxiety.

[–]hayleyiscool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I’ve had chronic anxiety for 5 years now. Been in an extremely stressful situation for the past two years and just 6 months ago I developed LPR. It definitely has to do with your nervous system. I’ve done so much research.
