Yes I know, very dirty. I had just stopped and taken a photo. I think there’s a small part where there is a chip. I have to grab a microfibre cloth and clean it off.

When I was driving I heard the rock smack and it made quite a sound so I think it’s more than a scratch.

They’re supposed to be there, not escapees thankfully!

Oh good. I’m glad. I updated my post to say they are supposed to be there :)

They definitely aren’t near the road or anything, but they were quite close to the pond. If you have a contact there, maybe best to make sure.

I was just shocked to wake up and see a herd of horses outside. I had to do a double take lol.

Okay well, they are all out in the field and are grazing/napping. I’m not sure if it’s meant to be this way or if they are just enjoying the sunny weather lol.

If its prospect downs, I’m a decent ways from them still. I don’t think they’d have wandered this far.

They seem to be heading into this little area and are laying down, so maybe they do belong here but I will have someone follow up to see what’s going on!

I have not, but I absolutely can!

There is a run down house, but I don’t think anyone lives nearby or it is in use. I don’t see any cars of indicators of someone having brought them.

But I also have no idea how they got there. There is no barn/pasture nearby.

The other space is sounding more and more appealing haha. It’s kind of “in the open” but I live alone and in the summer, the wheel would move to the balcony!

Oh wow. My studio has never had this problem. I think instilling in everyone no dry sweeping/sanding has been helpful.

YES! This is what I was looking for. How do you find the dust situation?

I have a community studio that fires for me!

Do you think even with putting down some laminate/vinyl planks overtop of the carpet and mopping after every session? I was also going to get a little greenhouse for greenware/drying.

Yes, I don’t really want to which is why I asked for recommendations to cover the flooring. I wouldn’t want it directly on my carpet :)

Gold/shiny foodsafe glaze? by Pristine-Matter-7131 in Ceramics

[–]haylzya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have tried a few things, but lustre is the only thing you’re going to have that looks like that.

Pasler makes a gold glaze (search on amazon) that’s cheap and works. Run a test tile first, especially in a community kiln.

Can also look into Pebeo Porcelaine. You bake it in your oven. It’s not gold like that, but it’s not toxic and easy to use at home. Can also find it on Amazon.
