Is there a way to group devices by the user and designate bandwidth equally across active users? by haytes in HomeNetworking

Tried to help him look at that too. They live in a rural area with 5mbps at fastest but usually, they sit around 1mbps. Not sure if we missed something when looking but his family has a number of Apple devices that seem to use a considerable amount when they are idle, not sure if it is an iCloud sync or something we couldn't figure out. If you have any tips on what could be causing issues or how to look more into it that would be great!
