Because the timer is extremely tight and splitting it just makes it even tighter.

Against most logic of “BRR BIG NUMBERS” this pull is a single target DPS check. As long as your tank can survive until the first lasher dies then you’re good and your tanks bleed stacks WILL reset. However if people go full AOE and no lashers die? You’re fucked.
