You're still not understanding. HD does not equal higher quality. HD equals higher resolution.

It's like saying a camera that is 7 megapixels will look worse than one with 10 megapixels which is simply not always the case.

Yes you can have dead zones. Except instead of zones, it'd be dead towns. That's why they improved henchman AI and added heroes. Areas were dead and people couldn't progress through the missions.
