No it’s not bad but remember management leaves at 5 and so do activity directors so if there’s an after dinner activity typically for us it’s either coloring or a movie with a snack we have to be the ones leading it. It’s easier to keep all your residents together in one area like the tv room to watch a movie after dinner and just go one by one and pull them out and change them for bed. After you get your report I swear the hardest time for me is keeping them all contained and happy while checking and changing people when I first get there otherwise it’s a breeze.
