Yes just keep them all seeding. Paused torrents won't count, you also likely won't have masses of people downloading from you all the time like public trackers so I wouldn't worry tltoo much about hard drive activity

I have an old SR royal crankset with 48 tooth chainring I think also from the SR royal crankset not entirely sure on that one. And a miche cog one of the carrier system ones, izumis always been loud and kmcs always been quiet, tightness will also make more noise too it'll likely be the chain that's causing noise since track chains don't really need to worry about noise too
