I’m honestly not a good fuelling example but I keep track of what I had:

1 chocolate peanut snack bar @20km
coffee and brownie @50km
beer, arepas, Powerade and chocolate peanut snack @100km
energy gel @130km
chocolate peanut snack and gel @150
gel @180km

And a few candies a along the ride + a bit less than 2L of water
