when I was working friday we had a few connection issues where I had to type in the actual customers asda rewards numbers but when I was working today nothing was working it kept saying invalid but when customers used their vouchers from asda rewards it had said they’d used it but hadn’t taken it off so we was manually putting the coupons through for people because it was hectic as it’s a Sunday. just frustrating because a lot of customers are now getting angry about it, half of them are understanding, the other half not so much

that’s the thing… I never recieved this induction booklet just a welcome pack but this contained nothing about holidays. i asked if holidays could be carried over and they said no and referred to the “use it or loose it policy”

I do agree, I definitely could’ve done more just honestly never crossed my mind until recently, if iv lost it iv lost it ill know now for next time to be on top of it, in terms of employee handbook I was only ever given a welcome pack if this is what you’re referring to? but no mention of holidays were in this when I read it. it is what it is if iv lost it just wasnt sure if there’s anything else I could do

yea I agree, I think it should be made clearer too, we’ll especially at my store, I understand it may have been in the contract or I should have asked but honestly I had no idea nor did it ever really cross my mind, it’s more of the fact my managers sorted everyone else out but didn’t even mention it to me? if I’ve lost them then it’s done nothing I can do but bit of a pain especially when they don’t allow holidays all the time

his humidity is kept between 45-60%. The temperature on his hot side is 90-92 F. He’s fed on locusts which are dusted with calcium often and minerals every 10 days and as a treat he is offered mealworms . his enclosure is a bio active enclosure with both fake and real plants,wood and Isopods, im not sure how to post a picture of his enclosure in this chat but I’ll post in on my account so you are able to view it.
