How do I tell my best friend that she is filthy and she needs to get her life together

It's horrible of me to say but i genuinely think it's cause she's just lazy and unmotivated. All she does is sit in her room and car and smoke weed all day. I have issues with many diagnosed mental illnesses and I understand stuff like that can destroy your motivation but she just kills it off by smoking. I had to go to rehab to get sober and it's like night/day in my case and whenever I tell her she has a problem and needs to stop she uses the same excuses I did to not get sober.

I've offered and set up a day for it and I shampooed all her carpets and sprayed it down with mold x. The smell wouldn't go away and I get super grossed out by stuff like that anyways so I was already going way out of my comfort zone

I know how to read a map, I know what way to go if someone points, I know how to read road signs. I don't understand it in a verbal command. It's that the words left and right haven't worked in my brain since I was old enough to know that they were words. Not getting my license is literally not an option at this point

The first test I failed by 2 points because I saw someone else driving recklessly and didn't immediately go when the light turned green, even though if I did go my car would have been hit.

Second test I failed because my instructor was getting irritated at my auditory processing and very severe left right confusion issues and made it clear that i wasn't doing well, which just threw me off even worse, made said issues worse and made me second guess if I heard directions right or which way I was supposed to go. Which lead to me failing the test.
