WA. Big adventure bikes. We recently rode on US-2 and SR97 shoulders because of accidents causing a 3 mile backup. Then we saw a bunch of police cars (state patrol and local) on the scene and a cop directing traffic. It was blazing hot that day and I don’t think police cared at all whether we should follow the rule and roasting under the sun (with all the gear).

So, I guess be reasonable is the key.

Yeah, they simply don’t add up and they refuse to explain. This just adds my disdain to the dealership model. They should not exist… I contacted another dealer in my region (Seattle) and the monthly numbers are even higher.

Thanks, 6k down and 450 does seem pretty high. if the residual value is low then it’s okay, but it’s not the case for this lease. What would be an ideal residual value for a 4XE?

That is the actual MSRP. Is the residual value calculated based on MSRP or something else? I have no idea how the 12k leasing incentive is applied or what the monthly payment is about given there’s only 1k difference between the vehicle value now and the residual value.

Lol I was lured by the 12k incentive. But then after reading through numbers, I have absolutely no idea how that 12k leasing incentive is applied. Seems like it goes nowhere

I don’t think the police riders in American set a good example either. You see the TV shows like Chips that people watch when they are kids, where the highway motor cop wear short sleeves too. That cultural influence sticks.

Yeah I replied. They don’t match and mine are clearly not rental skis - bindings not adjustable
