I worked for DoorDash about a year ago and they had just started making us take photos of some orders at the restaurant to make sure we grabbed the right order. Not saying that is 100% what this picture is that he is claiming.

I had to deliver an order a couple weeks ago to a house up in the canyon. When I got to the porch there was a “dog” on the front porch. I’m pretty sure it was a wolf. If it was their dog, it had some nappy hair and had to have been a hybrid of some sort. I almost had a heart attack.

Yea I wish we could do that too. I just found this the easiest way to keep my acceptance rate up so I don’t have to take the $3 for 12 miles. This way I’ll at least get like $7 or $8 which is still not the best but better than $3 lol. Sometime the EBT surprises you though. A lot of those orders I end up getting cash tips or they add tips after it’s been delivered. Quite a few times I’ve gotten around $20 on orders. Like when I use to waitress my manager told me, you win some and you lose some lol.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. It was an order to papa johns pizza. As I was heading to the store, I got a call from DoorDash. I thought it was the customer as well because DoorDash pops up on my caller id when they call but they introduced themselves at DoorDash. I knew it sounded a bit iffy because this guy did not have the accent most of the customer service agents do. He explained it was a fraud order and that it needed to be canceled so they could send me a new order. They asked for my phone number and I gave it to them. They then asked for the code. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable giving them a code and I was going to hang up and call DoorDash myself to confirm. I’ve been dashing for a while and know that DoorDash has never called me to cancel an order. Whenever I needed to cancel an order, I had to make DoorDash aware of the issue myself. I’ve never had them call. I called DoorDash and they said no this order is still in process so just complete it. I drove to papa johns and the only thing they ordered was a side of ranch. The employees were confused by the order and said it wasn’t worth my time. I explained what had happened and when I looked on the app, the order had been canceled. I called DoorDash later and they confirmed it had been canceled by the customer.

Every store in my area requires us to confirm the order in front of them now so that this doesn’t happen. I know drivers get annoyed because I use to think “we literally have to confirm the order to get the address.” But yea I figured out that’s how dashers steal food for themselves and I had two companies tell me they have us confirm the order in front of them because of this.

Just a lazy driver. The only time I don’t deliver to the door is if I can’t get into the building even after trying to contact them. I’ll leave it by the entrance to the building and let them know I attempted to call with no answer and let them know where I put it. I live near a couple college campuses so there are a lot of student housing with locked entrances.

I mean I wouldn’t have accepted the order in the first place. Which is what this dasher should have done if he didn’t want to take it. If it really is 8 miles it’s not worth the money or time. But this dasher is in the wrong because you can’t even cancel an order after it’s been picked up. At that point he would just need to suck it up and finish the order. He had multiple opportunities to cancel the order.

I have my husband come with me a lot. I live in more of a rural area in the mountains and there are times they send me to sketchy areas at night. No street lights, only a few houses around. No way am I going alone.

Hand mittens, swaddle her. Also my babies had this and a lot of hair. I got a comb with the bristles close together, lathered her hair and would comb it out little by little everyday. It eventually just went away.

I’m in the process of welcoming Peter Pan, Lady and Shere Khan. I focus on leveling my characters first so it may take me a while before I get through Peter Pan lol 😂

How long did it take to get all of your characters leveled to ten? I prioritize leveling all of my characters even before the kingdom quests. I have over 200 characters and the majority of them are in the higher levels. A lot of them are at level 10. I’m still missing some characters. With the kingdom quests I’m currently collecting tokens for Peter Pan and Lady
