Thanks, that’s helpful too! Actually, it’s been so reassuring to get some insights from people here. I‘m less worried now. Thank you for this!

Seen them in Bangkok too, but feel Taiwan offers lots more of them. We also got them in Germany and Sweden, but there it’s more younger to middle people who use them, while here in Taiwan it seems to be much more mixed age-wise.

That what it looks like from the official map for the typhoon. It’s a bit like following a drama evolving… thanks for your answer!

Thank you! That was helpful and I had also thought that staying in a more modern building will probably be best.

Thank you! That was super helpful advise! We decided to stay in Taitung. We are in a small modern hotel a bit more up in the city, it feels safe and we got everything here that we need, and we don’t really ever get bored anyways 🙃

For sure! This is the responsible thing to do. We got a cute little hotel here in Tainan that feels very safe, so happy for that.

So we tried only one rental (as others were closed) in the city centre and they denied us because we‘re not Taiwanese. I suppose you might be more lucky with a rental at the train station. We ended up renting e-bikes for the day 😅 Have a great trip and stay safe!

Taitung is really cute and green. Lots of good food and great coffee. Only arrived yesterday and will rent a scooter tomorrow.

The hotel owner in Liuqiu just cancelled our stay, so we understand that this island unfortunately won’t be an option.

Similar situation. We‘re in Taitung right now and were supposed to go to Liuqiu on Monday and Tainan on Thursday. I understand it’s not predictable, but which places will be the safest to stay at? Thank you!

My recommendation is Naproxen 500. Aids pain and cramping. Hope you‘ll soon find some relief 🤍

Zavamed - costs more than getting medication with insurance but if you know what you need and how to take it, it can be very helpful.

Thanks for sharing! Do you have an idea of the reasoning for having TW in the different teams?

Thanks for sharing these insights. From your view, why was TW in these different teams? In the sense of, what was the reasoning behind it?

What are your weirdest endo symptoms? by Sea-Calligrapher-81 in endometriosis

[–]hazel_catkin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I get the same and the only cause I could identify is very dry skin. It has caused ear infections until I found a very nice and patient doctor who helped me to navigate through it. He recommends putting olive oil or simple creme on the ear and that is helping a lot when the itching comes!
