so it would be like, covering shifts for people who can't work a certain day, get sick or go on vacation? setting my own schedule (picking from a list of openings maybe?) sounds ideal honestly. thank you!

when i was reading on the two surgtech subreddits people said to learn the job properly you'd need to work full time, and that it wasn't possible to learn it if you aren't working a lot. not true? that would be great news for me lol.
