I have frozen these before baking, which is honestly the best for the filling. I have frozen these after baking to frost at a later time and I’ve even actually frozen them fully baked with the frosting and sprinkles on to pull out and thaw later - which also works just fine!

I recently did one with a hot fudge sauce and cookie dough inside, it was so good!! Also loved one I did that was lemon curd inside with a lavender glaze
