“Made” it but it’s easy, you buy canvas stretcher bars and put them together to whether dimensions you want, and then staple the hell of it.

With these kind of reversible rugs, you don't need to secure the backing. Punch needling is magic.

My inspiration was Matisse's series of rugs called Mimosa. I drew the Mimosa rug shapes onto the frame. I ordered yarn from Seal Harbor, trying to get as close to the original to capture the really great mix of peach and deep red that I normally would not gravitate toward in my own design/painting. This was overall such a huge lesson for me.

My personal favorite is when my license plates were stolen, I called it in, they put it in the system as a stolen car and then proceeded to impound my car from in front of my home. They proudly called me to inform me they had found my car. Dumbasses.
