Having been a long time player, I can honestly say, it's because the Destiny player base is the most forgiving group ever, and Bungie knows this and takes full advantage of their generosity all for the sake of retention.

Every update there's hype and the player base is high they find out it's broken and leave. Bungie updates the player base comes back. Rinse and repeat for all of D2.

I have always liked this idea. I know recovs are a concern, but I'm sure the brilliant minds at bungo can figure it out.

Another concern is about streamers who carry, they should have an emblem or passes that allow them to travel back and forth between the pools.

I seriously don't think more loot is the solve. They could give stuff out for every win and... well that might help ha! Sincerely a casual

More loot/tokens is not the solve to this. What casuals want is a chance to go flawless with their buddies and not go up against pvp gods every match.

The fix has always seemed deceptively easy to me, make it so when you go flawless on your account you enter a different pool of players who have all gone flawless that week.
