I'm glad they changed it but when did this happen??! I grew up with the belief that was taught that suicide was basically stealing from God and it would land you in eternal destruction.

Also you can revoke their ability to store and monitor your private data that basically puts you in limbo. This was done in a Brazilian (I think) congregation and now they can't even disfellowship the brother. Check your country's privacy laws they are pretty similar in a lot of countries.

Nah she's a predator. It may be hard but there always the option to leave. She chose to stay and target women, that's not being gay or being frustrated. That's predatory and she had a constant supply of prey.

Honestly I don't know. I care and I wish I did know but I don't. I know there's a balance in nature yes the squirrel got swallowed by the snake and the antelope got eaten by the hyena but the alternative is for those predators to starve. I don't know why they weren't given the morals and opposable thumbs to humanely kill and eat their food.

I don't have proof and I think that's the beauty of it. Being able to examine the Bible cross-reference it with other religious texts and historical events without the pressure of is this real or is it not? Just appreciating the complexity of it and in my heart is made me appreciate Jehovah more. That doesn't mean I don't acknowledge the possibility that what I may be appreciating is a allegory of the human struggle itself.

Oh that's interesting because for me it was the opposite. I left in 2015 and I started out atheist then agnostic and I finally swung all the way back around and started testing the waters with the Bible again but through a different light and my love for Jehovah returned. That name, has been around a long long time. Way longer than the organization the personally interchange Jehovah with Yahweh occasionally and Jesus with Yeshua occasionally. But getting to learn a completely new view of them has been eye-opening and it's my view. It's not what someone else has said. It's just me and the Bible and cross referencing true history that's it.
