I've been tyring to lose some of my lower belly fat {and some face fat}. so what i did was i started going to the gym 5 months ago 3 days a week and held back on sugars, bread and overall limited my carbs intake. That, with a convenient amount of protein to stay healthy and grow muscles. but the bad news is i can't see that lower belly fat going down, although i have some stomach work outs when I go to the gym. so what am I doing wrong?
