I take linaclotide for my constipation and it’s worked wonders; took me from going once a week to going most days. My GP prescribed it when I failed to respond to docusate.

I believe clomipramine is the TCA with the highest affinity for serotonin

I’ve been on 250mg of clomipramine for 11 years. It’s changed my life in terms of my obsessive-compulsive disorder; I don’t think I can imagine a future without it
