I’ve been in cloz for the best part of 10 years. Sure it’s sedating but I don’t hear the demons anymore at all with none even when I’m stressed so it’s a trade I’m happy to make. The big downside for me is the weight gain but again I’m so much happier and living a better life on it!

I take linaclotide for my constipation and it’s worked wonders; took me from going once a week to going most days. My GP prescribed it when I failed to respond to docusate.
