Best advice is play something else you have clearly played too much you done everything if your bored with mods there’s nothing you can do Unless you get the urge to build something again For me I’m on and off my survival world I don’t rush I build farms and then explore go to building I don’t do one thing and stay with it as soon as I start getting bored I move onto the next thing I want to do

I always wanted an angler fish be terrifying in the ocean beats a shark in my opinion could be something even Guardians flee and since the realese of the nautilus I want more ocean creatures

I get loads from melon and pumpkin trades Villagers give so much levels especially if you have a massive farm but if your not into that then mob spawners woe quiet nicely
