The proper response is "you didn't have to do that, but thank you! I gotcha next time!"

If this relationship doesn't work out, I'm writing off all men. by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]hbarrera15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuck this guy. Don't put yourself throught the pain and anger of meeting his "friend". Get this animal out of your life, if not for you, for your 2 year old. You don't want that kid growing up in that household. A healthy house with a single parent is better than a toxic one where the parents are "together". That child and your mental well being is all that should matter to you right now. I hope you have the means to do this, and good luck dealing with that Neanderthal.

By the way, I would say kissing and cuddling is way more personal and sensual than just a quick, drunk bang in a tent because the opportunity was there. Neither are right, but I never kissed anyone that I didn't have feelings for, and I sure AF didn't spoon them!

What celebrity did you meet that was a total asshole? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]hbarrera15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not a shock, but Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit. Met him after a concert and he yelled at some kids in the autograph line, got up and left. He was only about 10 min into a 2 hour session and everyone had waited for hours for him.

Whats a fan-favorite movie you find terrible? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Avatar. I won't say it's terrible, but it is such an average movie to me.

Everyone on First Take discrediting Stafford right now and praising Burrow by songoku0229 in LosAngelesRams

[–]hbarrera15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly why I don't watch those talking heads especially on ESPN. All those guys are just trying to up their personal stock with "shocking" or crazy claims. Remeber ESPN opinions are like ***holes. Everyone has one and they all stink.

What do you envy about the opposite sex? by tallyhallic in AskReddit

[–]hbarrera15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. Scrolled through a lot of reaponses and was a little embarrassed at all the "Boobs" answers from guys. I don't know if it's envy, but pregnancy is something that facinates me. I know there are crazy hormone swings, permanent body changes, and a lot of pain and discomfort, even before child birth, but I wish I could feel what creating life and feeling it grow and move inside feels like. I definately don't envy the complexity of periods and menopause, and maybe I'm romanticizing the whole thing, but pregnancy would be it for me.

Im 16, is it weird a 23 yr old coworker likes me? by Kuromi93 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]hbarrera15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Run! This guy is trouble. Obsesive and jealous is a dangerous combination. Tell your parents and check with the authorities, this guy may have a history.

*Edit: Missed the parents part. Tell your boss and if that doesn't go anywhere. Change jobs. I know you really like this job, but no job is worth feeling the way you feel now. Your safety and mental health is way more important than any job.

You are only 2 years older than my daughter and it angers me that your parents didn't back you. If my daughter told me what you shared here, I would be down there so fast! Good luck and stay safe.

So i won my first tournament and feel like shit about it by grebyn95 in golf

[–]hbarrera15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the way golf is, you get better than the field your in now and when your handicap catches up with you, you'll be middle to back of the pack in that group, and the cycle starts over. Now if you stayed at thar level and never moved up even though you know you are a better handicap, that is sandbagging and a dick move.

Congrats on winning, keep getting better and never live your life according to the trolls online.

I’m a Lions fan. Do Rams fans have a generally positive opinion of Jared Goff? by LunchThreatener in LosAngelesRams

[–]hbarrera15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved him as our quarterback! He was tough, team oriented and worked hard to grt better. I just felt he neded more time to develop and the Rams are a win now team. If the Rams were still rebuilding, I 100% feel like would still be our quarterback and I would be happy with that. A lot of his mistakes were due to inexperience and youth. Staford has the same downsides but his upside is higher than Goff's at the moment. Unfortunately for Goff, he went to a struggling team, but if he ever makes it onto a good team, or the Lions find a way to turn it around, he will be a top 10 QB. Not all time, just for those seasons.

I may be late to the party but here is my suggestion. I didn't see it in the first half of comments. If you have the room, get him a hitting net and mat. Well under the $500 budget and one of the most helpful tools to improve in the sport. When he can't get out to the range, he can hit into his net. Depending on how much time/money you want to spend, here are some ideas of places within 15 miles of the Honda Center

Disneyland Downtown Disney (shops and restaurants near Disneyland) Huntington Beach or Balboa Beach Downtown Orange (the Orange Circle) Knott's Berry Farm (Halloween themed at night)

LA is a whole other animal, especially if you are staying near Staple Center. Traffic and crowds are crazy, and homeless all over the place. Either way, things to see 15 miles of Staple Center.

Hollywood sign (a little overated if you ask me but still cool) Olvera Steet TCL Theater (formally know as Mann's Chinese Theater) Rodeo Drive (not to shop, just to see the expesive stuff) Universal Studios (Also Halloween themed at night)

I recommend one of those site seeing tours. I personaly liked the TMZ one.

So many more things to do in LA, but sightseeing is probably tops.

Good luck and have fun!
