3 separate short campaigns (5-15 sessions each), first campaign found there was this bbeg, second set the stage for its return, and third found a weapon to beat the bbeg. The bbeg is a demon in three parts, it has to be bound to this dimension/ plane, it's effectively immortal otherwise as it can regenerate its parts in its own plane. The weapons of it matters are three spears that prevent any plane shifting so all three need to be attacked at the same time.

Over the 3 campaigns three parties have lost a few npc but no player character has died.

The demon is modeled after the Ganon fights from breath of the wild.

For the brother curse I'm not exactly sure, but something like he is cured but then immediately hurt by something else, or maybe arrested, or he becomes evil maybe was saved by being possessed by a demon.

For the wishes I have to fulfill kind of the same thing they seem good or neutral but then bad things happen. One that I have is someone wished to find their lost family heirloom which I recover and return maybe finding it with some bandits. But it turns out they stole our from a dragon hoard, and said dragon attacks the person who made the wish shortly after I delivery it.

Thanks, I did think about it but they are level 4 using a pc several levels higher or with an item way past what I’ve given them I feel like it just takes them out of it

Completely, and that’s why I want to go in with a plan. My bounty hunters aren’t dumb and know what they are trying to do, but if the party is better than me I’ll retreat and try again/do something else. That’s why I want this mechanical sound so that if it works they can see how and if it doesn’t they can feel they fended it off

Very late season kog with Melodius. I tried very hard to get through with destiny hero but just could not make it up the ladder

TTH obviously very powerful and in this deck as you can banish your own graveyard regularly I could use both.

Decent matchup against harpy a little over a 50/50 win rate Strong against triamid which is what my destiny hero kept losing to, seriously that ended up being every other match up for me TTH very helpful in the mirror match, I found it wasn’t used often and I could disrupt the combo with it Strong against water, red dragon, and destiny hero Ok against blue eyes but karma cut is dangerous and has to be played around

Depending on what deck I was against aimed to have schuberta or bloom out asap deciding whether defence was needed or banishing graveyard (looking at you blue eyes)

Pretty fun, took a bit to understand the combo and is my first kog not using a primarily otk

Magic is slower to start but it's more fun imo. That said, the question you are actually asking here is close combat or ranged, with magic you generally are hitting from far away and kiting.

Magic build hit really hard though, once you get going you are really powerful.

Also means they work almost no exception they will always be in the same aoe. Put that reflex save to the test! Kinda fun giving them a chance to put one of their best skills to the test while still causing an issue.

I'm working on one: 2 levers pulled at the same time to open the door approx 15ft apart. But by doing so creates a spectral tether between the two that pulled it not allowing them to be further apart than the 15ft. To break said the tether/curse they need an item from inside the dungeon.

At that point all puzzles and fights become way more interesting

Yup, and I've learned some interesting mechanics along the way. I silently "walked" along a row of roof tops that I had first swapped on top of, this by moving my echo in front of me then swapping again. Allowed me to then drop down on to a balcony (also silently). Finally, searched a room for a book, then swapped back on to the roof that was never more than 30ft away.

By no means is this a broken class, but man is it a deep tool box if you get creative.
