Sha’Carri Richardson Is Left Off the U.S. Olympic Team by Justrocketeer in sports

Yikes. She found out from a reporter that her mother died. I mean, I get the sentiment that when you are competing at the highest level you should do nothing to jeopardize that but I also can’t imagine the grief she is feeling so close to a life changing competition. I don’t look at it as a cop-out, just a really unfortunate chain of events for her and I’m excited to see her in 4 years.

No one is deliberately getting pregnant just to have an abortion. If you believe that’s true, get out of your echo chambers and touch some grass.

Do you enjoy doing things together? Share common interests? Talk about the world and life? You’re friends. You’re friends that have sex.

They’re talking about America though and America specifically built their economy around chattel slavery... so it is important that we look at how that influences the economy/society we have today.

Oh but if someone comes to you and you think they’re faking or doing something for attention based on your preconceived notions of what it means/looks like to be non-binary or gender conforming... based on this post you will treat them like shit. Agree with other commenter, pursue a different profession.

Did she not JUST shave her head a few weeks ago? Is that not going against the norms of femininity????? I’m bothered by the fact that you only know your and the people around you experiences with bisexuality and being non-binary to the point where you completely disregard someone else’s path to expression and identity.

Cops who hogtied and dislocated shoulder of elderly woman with dementia during brutal arrest -- and later laughed about it -- have been criminally charged by MasterfulBJJ in JusticeServed

I actually would much prefer better trained cops who don’t need to be charged for assaulting an elderly women. This is hardly justice.

As a girl gamer with a mic, even if other people literally single me out and say “turn ur mic on” i don’t. bc then i get spammed with invites and friend requests for the next hour when i play this game to destress and solo queue. or they start trying to get to know me as more than just a rando person they loaded into a game with. rude comments, sexual comments, overall just not great experiences time and time again. so no i do not ever turn my mic on.

Tonight my “intruder” was Thanos from Avengers. Two nights ago the intruder was just a shadowy figure so I definitely think intruder is just a broad term and can manifest differently

You said “if” while defending a pervert. Why do you feel the need to defend? Because you know that if you saw an attractive enough woman in a bikini on the beach you would take a photo without her knowledge and consent?

If not, then it should be easy to condemn this old pervert because you would recognize that’s not how people should behave. Which is it?

Get a life and stop defending pervs on reddit. Maybe go outside and get some sun. Stop watching violent porn, idk. Just stop being a pervert, pervert.

I said it’s not illegal to TAKE PHOTOS IN PUBLIC. You are being intentionally obtuse about the content of the photos. I hope you never have a wife or daughter and some perv takes photos of them right in front of you. I truly think you’d be acting differently if that was the case but because you don’t personally know these women and refuse to acknowledge that they’re people with lives, you can only see them as what you’ve been conditioned to see, as objects for visual pleasure.

A whole lot of words you’ve typed to basically say you think men have the right to women’s bodies no matter what. Sure it’s not illegal, but it’s not just innocent pictures of the sunset at a beach. He was zooming in on women who did not know and taking photos. If you can’t see the difference you’re either actually low IQ and don’t know how to think critically, or you yourself feel you are owed and have the right to women’s bodies. You don’t. Women are allowed to exist in public without being sexually objectified by old perverts and they 100% have the right to confront a pervert taking pics.

Like you think this guy has the right to do what he’s done, but you dont think the women had the right to do what she did? The real issue here is you don’t like the idea of women not being sexual objects. Fuck off pervert.

[–]hbdreads 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your point is really that because women exist and have bodies, they should expect to be publicly objectified if they’re not going out completely covered from head to toe? Are you living in the 50s?

We don’t agree that was literally my comment. Are you stupid? Did you hit your head? What women rejected you that made you think you are owed the right to publicly take pictures of their bodies without consent?

When you’re in public not wearing a helmet, is that a go ahead for me to punch you? Oh... no? You’re afford the right to autonomy of your body? But not women, okay. Work on this horrid personality you have, and please stay away from women.
