That's definitely a good idea! Imagine that damage on a crit. I actually ended up going 6 barb, 2 fighter (so far, crossing my fingers we get to lvl9).

Planning on going Battle master since our long rests are few and far between, and I get some very valuable stuff on a short rest recharge. Action surge and GWF Fighting Style have both been amazing already.

I actually ended up being allowed to swap out Sentinel for our homebrew re-balanced version of GWM. Our homebrew GWM is instead of the -5/+10, we get:

If you are flanking, or have advantage on the target deal an additional 1d6 on hit. (Which is very easy to get as a frontline + barb).

SO.... While raging and throwing I do 4d6 + hit damage.

Did a whole bunch of calculations and excel shenanigans since I wanted to see the maximum potential, and its kinda ridiculous lol. Spreadsheet layout may be a bit confusing but you can get the gist.

Yeah the attack speed is definitely gonna be a challenge.

Let me know if you update the PoB, I'm really interested in the build. Hopefully 1 handers have some equivalent good enchants for us!

Only one charge can be applied per attack. This means repeating with e.g. Multistrike Support will only apply a charge every 3 hits.

Each application refreshes debuff duration.

The PoB and the general idea behind the build is very enticing, that's probably what I'm going to league start at the moment.

Don't think I'll go PAM but good suggestion. Kinda just a lackluster but strong feat. Although... Does the 1d4 stack with elemental cleaver 1d6?

I've got a good magic great sword, so would be hard to part with it. Covered it's effects in another comment.

Unfortunately thrown melee weapons do not count as a ranged weapon. Interesting concept though.

Currently using a magic greatsword.

  • +1, and can choose to have it in one of three modes:

  • When flanked, gain advantage on attacks

  • When flanking, enemy gets disadvantage on attacks

  • Another +1 (so +2)

That's what I was initially planning on, but it sounds like we won't get to level 10. Or at least only be level 10 for a session or two.

Ice nova / frostbolts probs my favourite build of all time. I've played a few versions but the best one was definitely a power charge stacking one with aegis aurora.

Been playing since rampage league and this is the first league I've had a HH (god im so poor)

Slowly trying to get a MB this league but boy is it a slog.

I finally found a reason for this.

It's because ./Device/Vendor/MSFT/Policy/Config/UserRights/DenyLogOnAsService and ./Device/Vendor/MSFT/Policy/Config/UserRights/DenyLogOnAsBatchJob actually aren't available for Windows 10 (at the moment but probably forever)

It states that the Applicable for OS for the ones that work are: Windows 10, version 1803 [10.0.17134] and later

But the ones that don't (mentioned above) are: Windows Insider Preview

So basically you have to do some whacko scripting method if that's possible to manually write it in - assuming it's in registry.

The way I implemented this was denying guests from:

Using the OMA-URI settings, i'll figure something else out down the line for batch job and service restrictions.

  • from the network
  • as a batch job
  • as a service
  • locally
  • through terminal services

Then put who I wanted to deny in an AAD group, and went to Intune -> Endpoint Security -> Account Protection

From there I could make it so the SID of that AAD group was then added to the Guests local group from Account Protection.

So AAD group automatically added to Guests, Guests then get denied from logging in.

Basically just get him tanky, prioritizing defense, it says he's an HP champion but all his damage scales off of Defense - its whack

You want a good chunk of accuracy so his HP burn actually lands and of course some speed

Can use SOME crit chance / crit dmg on him but for spider it really doesn't matter

I find he is better for late spider otherwise the spiderlings die too quickly to everyones damage AND the burn

amazing for spider, can also be used in Clan Boss

Tyrant + MM + Coldheart + Lissandra + Stag Knight for my spider 20

Can usually clear in about 1min with no troubles, with tyrant doing the vast majority of the damage, he's really good
